About the brief.Towards the end of July, with lockdown in full swing, we were approached by Helen Eleftheriou, the founder of The Early Talent Consultancy, to design and develop the brand identity for the new start-up business. We were thrilled, the consultancy was aiming to be trendy, sleek and modern, which fit us to a tee. The Early Talent Consultancy aims to help businesses attract great, new talent for their open positions.
We therefore developed a a number of identities, and through testing and presentation with the target audience and with Helen, we settled on a design which aims to get across the key values of the business, including a major value - inclusivity. We aimed to do this through a series of circular shapes, with a gradient running throughout, to get across the idea of inclusivity of people from all backgrounds, ethnicities and beliefs. The centre of the shape consisted of an E, for Early, focusing the business' brand image back to the name. As part of the project, we developed the identity, guidelines and gave advice on their existing website as well as provided The Early Talent Consultancy with social media graphics to be used across LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. |
